Installation produced specifically for the storefront at MoMA PS1's project space the Print Shop. Using found materials, such as clothing and ephemera, Huanca creates an architectural collage that doubles as a site for performances activated by live models during a selection of MoMA PS1’s Sunday Sessions. During these activations, the models are embedded in the installation as live statues or totems, camouflaged and infused into the sculptural setting as a form of tableau vivant. SADE ROOM (famously reclusive) is viewable through the glass façade on Jackson Avenue, visible at street level 24 hours a day.

Models: Sarah Dames and Flannery Gregg
